At this time, we are not offering custom orders and are unsure if we will in the future. We truly appreciate your understanding and support!

This would be considered a custom order, as we would need to redesign the inserts. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate custom requests at this time, so no.

Our current processing time is 3–5 business days. Please note that we do not work on weekends. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped and leaves our hands, we no longer have control over the delivery process. For any updates, delays, or issues, you will need to contact your local post office or the shipping carrier directly, as they handle all transit and delivery matters.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference or change of mind. All items are clearly shown and described prior to purchase, and all sales are final due to the handmade nature of our products. Additionally, once an order has been delivered, we are unable to verify handling or condition outside of our control.
